Walter Hirst, alleged perjury at Pahiatua. King v. John Richards, alleged perjury at Grey town. CIVIL. W. IT. Jackson v. 1) M. Graham, publisher Wairarapa I)aily Times, claim £5Ol, for alleged libel. BANKRUPTCY. Several motions for discharge will bo dealt with. DIVORCE. One ease in divorce will probably bo heard.
