CONGRESS TO BE CALLED
QUESTION OF PRESIDENCY. (Received Last Night, 9;35 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, February 20. General Huerta lias communicated with President Tafb, announcing the capture of President Madera, and his intention of carrying on the Government. The Mexican Congress will he called within a week to settle the question of the Presidency. MADERO TO BE EXILED. CABINET MINISTERS RELEASED. (Received Last Night, 11.5 o'ebek.) MEXICO OITY, 1 February 20. General Huerta has ordered President Madero to be exiled. Arrangements-are pending to despatch him to Vera Oruz, where lie will embark for Europe. The members of Cabinet hare been released.
