(By Telegraph. —Press Association.) WELLINGTON .Last Night. Three men named Mai colin, Pengelly. and Quinane, employees of the Railway Department, went out in a boat to fish off Paekakakariki late this afternoon, at a distance of less than half a mile from shore. A heavy swell upset the boat. Quinnane and Malcolm hung on to the side of the boat, but Pengelly sank immediately, and was not seen again.
