RAKAUNUT STOCK SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., and Reduced, report having held their annual sale in Mr J. Woodliouse's yards at Rakaunui yesterday: We had a full yarding of sheep and cattle, although several advertised lots did not come forward. There was a largo attendance of farmers and others present. Bidding at the start of the sale was somewhat slow, but livened up towards the finish. We have to report a full clearance with two exceptions, at the following prices: Four-year ewes 10s 6d to lis 6d, aged ew.es 7s to 9s, lambs (small) 5s 6d to 6s 6d, cull lambs 2s 9d, rams (aged) 10s to 21s, store cows £3 16s to £4 4s, wenners £2 2s.
