The police at Chicago, having received information from a telephone omployjee, who overheard a conversation. sin-rounded a house occupied by Robert Webb, an automobile bandit, who was wanted on charges of bank robberies and murder. They clubbed him until he was insensible, and then placed him under arreyt.
