The 1 show was officially opened by t!ve Premier, who heartily congratulated the Association and settlers on their successful efforts. McKenzie, Jerseys; J. W. Bowen and A. G. Simpson Shorthorns. The most prominent in sheep were: Lincolns, S. Coombes» G. L. Marshall and .1. W. Bowen; in Romneys, 7). H. Anderson, (farmers' classes) Howard and Tnglis, and Wilson. There was a. good exhibition of home industries and dairy produce.
