The meeting was not oneu to the press; t but at the coiiclufion tl:i.') secretary stated, that the following resolution had been unanimously passed : —"That- this meeting of sheep-owners approves* of tho stand taken up by the freezing ' companies i>:i regard to the strike of slaughtermen, and proposes to sup- ! port the companies to their utmost, in I the event of their active support be- | ing required."
