Last Night, In connection with the charge against Charles James Russell, of having attempted to illegally procurean abortion,which, was adjourned at last session ol' the Supreme Court, at the Supreme Court to-day application was made for a further adjournment. His Honor. together with counsel for the. accused, and Mr T. W. Stringer, K.C., hold a >hort consultation, and tire application tor an adjournment was refused. The case nil] lie proceeded with this session, probably tomorrow.
