EVIDENCE OF Dll BAINES. (Received February 8, 10.45 n.m.) LONDON, February 7. Dr Bailies', at tho inquest coneorn—ing the death of Hugh Trevanion, gave evidence that Roe requested him to tako charge of Trevanion. Witness asked lor £IOOO per annum. Nothing was mentioned as to his living in Trevanion's flat or becoming a guardian. Nurse Rice told* witness she would make it hot for Roe, whom she disliked.
