LONDON,' Jauxiai-y 31.; A Nationalfst victory is forecasted for the Londonderry seat, caused by the resignation of Lord Abeircorn, after a strenuous figlii. At noon 75 per cent of the voters had polled. There was a fierce fight to gather in the remainder of the votes. Many remarkable incidents occuraed. A man wlio was evading a warrant returned to vote, risking arrest, Bedridden men, were carried to the booths. One Unionist died before he record-, ed his vote. Several* sick Nationalists, accompanied by priests,, .prepared to administer the last rites,.Trere carried to. the poll. The city made a three days' precaution in anticipation. of a riot. Two hundred troops and five hundred constabulary are in peadiness.
