The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to sign the re* ceipt, which will then be returned to the sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will entertained unless a return-receipt paid for by sender wh§n posting e pareel. Parcels: From January Ist, 1913, the Inland Parcel Rates will be reduced to 3d for the first pound and a lid for each succeeding pound.
