A REPORT DENTED. (Received Last-Night, 0.0. o'clock.) LONDON, January 26. Speaking on the H.'M.S. Torch case, Major' Archer Shee denied that Cap-' tain Carver confined a man iti the refrigerator. The man was confined in the deckhouse where the machinery is .vituated, and the lighting and ventilation are superior to that in' any of the officers' cabins.
