This is a. magnificent representation of a modern life-story, showing a :woman'.s .sacrifice and her ultimate triumph. It is said to Ik the zenith of photo-plays, the staging and acting being magnificent. The best of the supporting dramas is a - English production, entitled "The Fisher-girl of Cornwall." '-'The Oringer," a Lubin film, is the story of a fcbeep-lierder, who was nicknamed '•the cringer," on account of his great physical fear. The story of his rough handling by cowboys and of Tils turning into a desperado make it an unusual style of drama, and. sure to raise marked appreciation. "Love is Blind." a Thanhou-ser conception, is also a very fine subject. - "Treachery of a Half-Bred." a Lubin feature drama, .shows the life of an old miner who worke.;] a hopeless claim aill his life. He finally die-s, and is buried by his only daughter. j\ '.half-bred tries to rob the place, but is frustratled by a. young who crf.itinues to work the mine for the girl.
