When posting a parcel for which a return receipt is desired the sender will fill in a card, to be obtained' at any post office. The card will be forwarded with the parcel, and the addressee requested to -sign the ceipt, which will then* he returned to the sender through the post. No claims for compensation for the loss of a parcel in the post office will be entertained unless a returmr-receipt paid for by sender when posting e parcel.
