OKDER OF COMMITTAL. (Received Last Night, 8 o'clock.) -■ AGRA, January 20. The order upon which Clark and Mrs Fulham have been committed, emphasises the fact that then- arranged the details, of the attack, upon Mrs" Clark. The return of. Clark to the house preceded the murder. He had pre-arranged a visit to Mrs Fulham'.s house, to which he went immediately after the murder. The Magistrate added that Clark, Mrs Fulham and BudJiu were not charged in regard to the poisoning, despite the good prima facie evidence of the administration of poison. It was doubtful whether the point could .be tried jointly with the circumstances leading to the actual attack.
