Renter's correspondent at Constantinople states that a proclamation signed bv the women of Turkey suggesting that the forts should sink the Turkish warships at the Dardanelles because the officers are too poor spirited to fight, led to a quarrel on Monday among the officers whether they should engag-e the Greeks.
