WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE
A FEDERATION FORMED. MILITANTS DECLARE A TRUCE. (Received Last Night, 5.40 o'clock.) LONDON, January 15. Kighteen iion-militaint Women's Suffrage Societies have federated, to secure united action. The Women's Sociay and Political Union, though it is not included, sympathises with the' new federation. While the Franchise Bill i* being debated the miltants have declared a truce.
