i The delegates oi' the Allies deckled to terminate the armistice when they learned that the Powers did not intent] to exercise pressure to compel the Porte to cede Adrianople. The nature of Germany's eleventhhour alteration of the Join Note has not been revealed, but it -is known, that Germany was not willing to press the Porte. The Daily Telegraph condemns the Allies' amateurish diplomacy, and the threatened resumption of hostilities when the powers are not markedly in their favour. ALLEGED ATROCITIES. QUESTION IN GERMAN . REICHSTAG. (Received January 15. 10.30 a.m.) BERLIN. Januai-y 14. Hew Lehmann, on behalf of the Foreign Office, replying to an interpellation in the Reichstag, said the belligerents had accused each other of having committed atrocities. The German Government had brought •- reports regarding these to the knowledge of the Governments concerned, and had taken '.steps to prevent a recurrence of them. CONFERENCE WITH COMMANDERS.
