AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB

ANNUAL SPORTS MEETING. Record entries have been received for the Club's Sixth Annual Swimming Carnival to be held on the Park Lake on Anniversary Day. The pick of the New 'Zealand swimmers will bo competing in the swimming events. The club' are determined to make things go with a swing, and in addition to the ordinary events several comic performances will bo placed on the programme. Messrs Thompson and Payne are taking a, cinematograph film of the sports during the afternoon. Admission tickets to sport* can be- bad from any of the members of tho committee.
