Competition for all lines was I very keen, and Ave have to report a total clearance with the exception "of; a pen of small weathers. Following are the prices realised: Fat ewes 14s (kl to 15s, fat lambs 14s, good rape lambs lis 9d, forward ewes 12s, aged ewes with lambs 15s, 2-th wethers 14s Id to 14s 6d, fat heifers £5 l(xs. store cows £3 12s, 18-mos steers £3 10s, reading vsteers and heifers £3 Is to £3 10s, bulls" £4 to £5 6s. MARKET REPORT. Messrs Dalgety and Co.', Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cable from their London office dated 33 st December, 1912: "Tallow.—The spot market is firmer owing to fresh Russian orders. Present appearances seem to point to firmness until March next. Some decline probable : later." LONDON WOOL MARKET. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Wellington, have just received the following cabled information from f , London office under 4th Inst.: "Bradford Tops.—Since our last wire prices are unchanged."
