PROHIBITION OF OPIUM GROWING. (Received Last Night, 10.45 o'clock.) PEKING, January 8. It has been 'announced, that immediately the first Chinese Parliament meets in April a measure will be proposed for disfranchising all opiumgrowing districts, the growers to be punished by death.
