SUPREME COURT DECISION.
(Received Last Night, 11.10 o'clock.)
WASHINGTON, January 8. The Supreme Court has decided that "corners" in interstate commodities, such as clothing and food, are illegal, and violations of the AntiTrust Bill. The Court held that the dictment of James Patten and Euegne Scales, as- associates in a conspiracy to run an alleged cotton "corner" was legal. The case was therefore remitted for trial.
