MEETING 01'' FINANCE COMMITTEE. A special mooting of the Finance Committee of the Wairarapa Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was held m f the Board's office yesterday afternoon ] there being present —Messrs E. 0. The motion was earned in silence, those present standing. . , It was decided that applications be called for the position of secrc.t-a.ry_ at it salary of £2OO per .annum, advertisements to be inserted in the Dominion, Evening Post, Wairarapa Age, Wairarapa l)aily Timos, Carterton News, and Pafliiaiua Herald L On the motion of Mr Eton, seconded by Mr Fisher. Mr J. Cairns was appointed to the position of actingeecretary and treasurea*, and was empowered to secure clerical assistance. The Auckland Hospital Board forwarded an account for the payment of £36 for the treatment of Alexander Youle in the Auckland institution.
