EXCLUSION,OF ULSTER. WARNING BY IRISH UNIONISTS. (llceived Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) LONDON/ December 30. Nineteen Irish Unionist mem bed's of the House of Commons have written to v Mr Asquith, stating that they intend to move on the, Home Rule re- : port, for tile exclusion of Ulster from ■ the Bill. The letter explains that while the exclusion of Ulster would * not conciliate the Opposition, some 1 pave considerations may arise impelling them to [move an amendment. 1 The vast,,body of Ulster-men, regard- ' less of consequence®, is prepared to ! refuse to submit, and although, the writers approve of resistance against *' gross and unparalleled tyranny, they c diesire to avert the evilis nvhtch they i foresee, and so they urge the accept- 1 unce of an amendment, and solemnly c warn the Government of their jheswy' J responsibility if it is rejected. /, ' J
