While in a dying condition he confessed' that a number of Anarchists drew lots to kill King Emanuel, and , the lot fell, to him.. Ho was given. I ■money, but his courage failed, and ho spent the money in drink. Fearing the vengeance of his comrades, he •committed suicide. A COLLISION. |m. DELCASSE'S SON INJUiRED. Delcasse (Minister of Marine)), who was | aeroplaning, fractured aw arm, a collarbone, and a kneecap. His pilot was severely injured. i ' — 1 ROYAL COMMISSION REPORT. ! The interim report of the Royal Commission which enquired into the meat supply of Sydney, recommends sweeping changes in the mode of carriage and treatment of cattle and meat. The report declares that improvement is most urgently (required in speedier transit, but. this appears ( impossible without the duplication of the Main Trunk railways.
