NOTHING TO BE DISTURBED. (Received Decc:rb?r 18, 9.35 a.m.) ' SYDNEY, December 18. The Sydney Morning Herald states that orders have been issued that nooning is to be disturbed at Government House. The paper interprets this as a modification of the Government's.! .resumption policy, and says that it >"nv be taken to mean that when Lord C&elmsforcl xetiies in March Jus successor will be quartered in the historic house with an area, surrounding it about equal to that suggested by Lord Denmari.
