The Japanese tramp steamer KakashikmH.ru, arrived this morning from •Sydney, on route to New Zealand, with timber and a general cargo. While the vessel was preparing to load hardwood for New Zealand, an. intimation was received from New Zealand that the Seamen's Union would refuse to handle the cargo, owing to tlie vessel carrying an Asiatic crew. The loading was therefore stopped.
