i MISS CARRJE MOORE. We need hardly remind our readers that Miss Curio Moore and her musical comedy company appear bere for the first time at the Town Hall tomorrow night, when no doubt there will be, a,'crowded house. A large number of scat* have already been booked. The* company can only appear for one night, owing to dates ahead being previously booked. The box plan is at the Dresden. 1 TOWN HALL PICTURES. "'FALL ROUND ON Y6 RANCH." A crowded house was recorded at (the Town Hall again last evening, when tho ' current ■ programme was screened for the second time. The series i s headed by a sensational and lengthy production entitled "The Fall Round-up on Y6 Ranch." The reckless cowboy riders of the West give exhibitions in buck-jumping, bulldozing and lassooiug on a scale which has never yet been approached in the history of frontier cinematography. The horses are an exceptionally wild 1 lot, and they one and all give the cowboys a lively and exciting time. This film, which occupies three-quart-ers of an hour, will be screened tonight for the last time. Supportin; this is the A.B. exclusive "So Near and' Yet So Far," one of the daintiest comedy dramas this- well-known firm has produced. Ambrosio Co: are also to the fore with "The Mill Dam," the scenery in which is quaint and at all times interesting. A Spanish scenic of exceptional beauty is "Olot and its Environs," and industrial "Froii Quarry to Cathedral" shows the various processes in preparation of stone for buildinir purposes. "The Funeral of Father Venning at Wellington" is very clear, and makes a fine picture of this imposing spectacle. In addition to these there are many dramas, comedies and comics of merit, which makes up an entertaining programme. THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. To-Night is the last night of tlio specially good and double-star programme to be shown.at the Masterton Electric. Theatre. Another big audience witnessed this new programme last night, and everyone went home impressed with the brilliant pictures shown. The Leap to Death" 1.9 a very remarkable photoplay, bristling with'exciting incidents and pretty natural scenery, dresses*, and appointments. The opening scene is a very beautiful one, in which' Kate Holborn, the leading actress, is seen reclining on a beautiful tiger skin rug with her head resting,in the stuffed- tiger's head. This is a wonderfully rich and artistic seem, and only one of the many with which the play abounds. "Fate's Warning" is a drama which will interest all ladies. A lady consults a crystal for-tune-teller. A very pretty and telling 1 lug effect, is seen, upon the screen 1 when -the revelations" of the crystal are shown. "The Missing Finger" is ' a criminal story well worked out and energetic and smart. In '''The Curfew Shall Not Ring To-night" we have a representation of the days of Cromwell and the cavaliers. .Some of England's choicest natural scenery have been worked into this drama. "Delicalia" is a particularly interesting scenic, and the Gaumont Graphic brings tho world's news in motion and the latest in Parisian fashions. The comedy and comic section is a very entertaining one, the leading items being "A Helping Hand," "Fimnicus and His Appointment,''' "Tweedledum in a Cycle Race" and "The Part of Her Life." Tn future, and commencing to-morrow night, there will be a comnlete change of programme on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The star feature film 'is "Sealed Lips." a long picture-play with a n absorbing story. It may be noted in passing that these big photo-plays only come out periodically, and are secured for the pleasure of T.-P. patrons at great additional expense, the full ordinary programme being always shown in addition.
