AMATEUR ATHLETICS
THURSDAY'S EVENTS.
Tito Wairarapa Amateur Athletic Club held a series of races yesterday evening on the Park Oval. There was the usual largo attendance of spectators, close on 300 people being present, testifying to the popularity of the sport. This is regrettable, as the Club provides splendid sport for all and 'Sundry, and s'hmild bo entitled to some consideration.
