POISONING CASE
EVIDENCE OF A SERVANT.
A FURTHER CHARGE PREFERRED.
(Received Last Night, 8.10 o'olock.i CALCUTTA, December 12. At tho hearing of tlio caso in which 'Mr Clark (a Civil Servant), Mrs Fulham, and an Indian servant are charged .with the murder of Mrs Clark, Bibu, Clark'fi former servant, in hia evidence, said tliat 01a,rk called Wm into a bedroom, gave him three powders, and ordered him to put them in Men sahib's tea. He promised fifty rupees to Bibu, and threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. Witness handed Mem sahib „the powders, and said he wanted to leave. She then gavo him his wages. The Court announced that, owing to the chemical report, -Clark and Mrs Fulham would bo charged with the attempted poisoning of ,Mr Fulham and Meenit in 1011, and also with his actual murder at Agra, in November.
