£23,000 DAMAGE,

LARUE BUILDING GUTTED.

(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 7. A fire gutted Harrington's (photographers) large premises in George Street on Saturday morning. The damage is estimated at £25,000. but the building and stock were largely insured. Tlie 'Fire Brigade did splendid work, and managed to save the adjoining buildings, which were only slightly damaged.
