SISTER McKAY.
k jTo The Editor.] Sir,-—As yon, like the Hospital Board, have seen fit to dispose of my case without taking the trouble to ascertain my side of the ca.se, may I request you to do me the common justice of reproducing in your columns the letter from me which appears in the Wairarapa Daily Times of even date? —I am, etc.. E. McKAY. (A mster of Nurse McKay called a* our office on Thursday, and made a certain statement. We asked if this statement could be supported, by .Nurse McKay, and were informed that it could.' We offered to take a statement from Nurse McKay for publication, and made an appointment for 4 o'clock on Thursday afternoon with this object. Neither Nurse McKay nor her sister put in an appearance. Wo are not in tho habit of publishing correspondence that has appeared in other papers, and must therefore, ' in the circum.stii.ncos, cline the request of Nurse McKay. We deal further with the subject of this letter in our leading columns.— Ed. Age.)
