AGAINST A WORKERS' UNION
(By Teleoravh—Preu Auociatwn.) TIMARU, Last Night. The Supreme Court was occupied all day with the hearing of a libel action, 'in which Dr H. C. Barclay, of Waimate, claims £SOO damages from the Waimate Workers' Union and its president, John Smith, for reflections on his professional character in. a resolution passed by tho Union. Tito plaintiff's ease was not completed when the Court rose.
