CONFERENCE OF DELEGATES
AN ARMISTICE PROBABLE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.)
CONSTANTINOPLE, December I. Nazirnt Pasha, who has been attending the conference of delegates, has returned to the capital. He has officially announced that the pourparlers are proceeding satisfactorily, and he hopes that an-armistice Avill be announced in one or two days.
PROTOCOL SIGNED
DECLARING AN ARMISTICE. (Received This Morning, 1 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE, December 1. A protocol, declaring an armistice, was signed to-day.
