TWO MEMBERS EJECTED

(Received This Morning 1.25 o'clock) SYDNEY _ November 20.

'• >ln the New South Wales Assembly Mr Moxham was called to the bar of the House, and invited to apologise. | He expressed his willingness to do so, but the Speaker was not satisfied, and' insisted that he must put it in writing. Jjoud cries of dissent followed. The Speaker then ordered M r Moxham's removal.

Mr Wood was also ejected simultaneously. Speaker Willis alleging thai the latter interfered with the Ser-geant-at-Arms in the performance of his duty. The Hon. James McGowen immediately moved that Mr Moxham's apology be regarded as sufficient. , > Speaker Willis inquired whether there was any objection, to taking the motion now.

Amid cries of "Take it now,' ' Mr Willis adjourned the debate, and left tho chair.

On resuming: in the evening, Mr Willis practically took the business out of the hands of the Government-, and refused to receive the .Premier's motions, or allow him to move tho suspension of the standing orders, even on the score of urgency. Finally, after a sitting. 'which in tho afternoon and evening combined, lasted, for forty-five minutes, the Premier gave notice of motion to dissent to the Speaker's ruling. and 'immedia-tely-moved the adjournment of the House.
