SCULLING.
BARRY AND PEARCE. (Received This Morning, 1 o'clock.) SYDNEY. November IS. Pearce has received a cable from Ernest Barry, the world's champion sculler, offering to allow him £IOO expenses.
Pearce says the sum is not sufficient; and if Barry will not allow him any more, he will endeavour to raise the balance, about £l5O among his friouds.
