WSJHXGTOX,'November 15 An extraordinary session of Congress is likely to bo'held to consider the question of revision of the taritfs. Mr Champ Clark, Speaker of tli* House of Representatives, is urging that the. uncertainty is damaging trade. He favours an immediate session, s Mr Clark indicates that coming legislation includes revision of tho an-ti-trust hues and currency reform.
