OVERCOME RAILWAY WORKMEN. (Received Last Night, 9.30 o'clock.) QUEBEC, November 7. Tho gas of a passing train overcame, fifteen workmen in a tunnel on the Northern Pacific Railroad. Train crews rescued several, and were then overcome themselves. Finally all wore carried, into the open. One of tho number succumbed.
