THE CHINA LOAN.
(Received November 5, 9 a.m.) PEKJN, November 4. In view of the protest by the six Interested Powers, the Government intends to offer the Crisp Syndicate other security for the loan than the salt duty, which will be retained for payment of the Boxer indemnity, as suggested by the Powers.
