If drugs wore not required tho Exchequer will deflay £1,6-50,000. If abnormal circumstances should arise, tin) central funri will make a special grant for drugs. Sir James Barr, president of tho British Medical Association, states that Mr Lloyd-George's, terms form the basis of an agreement, but the problem is not entirely a monetary one
