MADE BY THE PRISM!EII. (By Telegraph—l'ress Association.) "WELLINGTON, Last Night. In the House of Representatives tonight the Hon W. F. Massey stated, in connection with a letter referred to in the discussion on the Land Bill which affected the Natives offering land to the Government, that the communication referred to was in his office at the time he spoke, but lie was not aware of the fact. He wished t> make this* statement in fairness to Mr Ngata and others.
