TOWARD NON-COMBATANTS

The Times' Constantinople correspondent emphasises the admirable demeanour of the Moslems in Constantinople towards the Balkan Legations. Though the war will undoubtedly be most ferocious on, the part of the army leaders, the Moslems have promised to do their best to prevent the horrors extending to non-combatants.
