GENERAL MOVEMENT OF FORCES.
(Received Last Night, 10.30 o'clock;) PODGORITZA, Oetober 17. The surrender of Berana was proceded- by the severest fighting. Under the cover of darkness, the Montenegrins stormed two positions on the Rogane Heights. At daybreak the Montenegrins had broken through the Turkish lines, and completed an enveloping movement.. The garrison, ..consisting of 1200 men, then surrendered. During the night 4000 Turkish regulars and 3000 Albanian "regulars escaped. General Martinovica has occupied important positons at the rear of Taragosch, which is the key to Skutari. The bombardment of Tarabosch is proceeding.
