TESTING OF SEEDS.
The suggestion of the Secretary of Agriculture that seeds and clovers exhibited at the various agricultural shows in the Dominion should be testod by Government experts:, has very much.'to recommend it. The pre T sent system of judging offers" very' little, protection to either producer or grower. It has been found that the judging of dairy, produce by Government experts gives the greatest (satisfaction. The same principle might with advantage be applied to seeds and clover*.
