Harris, £2O; A. Nicol, £5; Yelverton, lis 6d ; I)r Palmer. 10s 6d : Yoitch and Allen, Wellington, £1 ss: H. McKay, Pahiatua, £5. In a written statement, the bankrupt declared that his reason for becoming bankrupt was that his creditors were pressing him, and he. had no means of settling their claims, and little prospect of doing so.
