Boddington reports tho following; rainfall for tin- Cpper Pluin (hiring the month of September:— Itain fell on 21 thiys, me. maximum fall during 2! hours being 1.21 inches registered oji 29th. tho minimum being, two points on 4?. hj, 10: ii and 20th. 'Tiio to til! fail for the month was 5.13 inches, tho average For the previous eight years hcirifx 4-02 inches. Tho total for tho part nine months was 38.5(5 inches, the average for tho corresponding period of last year being 33.03 inches. During September, 1905, 8.02 inches fell, and G. 24 inches in September, 1907. the total for the nine months ending September, 1007, being 47.31 inches.
