FOUNDATION* STONE LAID. (By Telegraph —.*?;-ms Association.) WANGAX'UI, Last Night. The foundation stone of the Y.M.C.A. building; to be erected in Wanganui was laid this afternoon by Lord Islington, in the presence of a large crowd of people. The building is to cost £5500, and of this sum all but £ISOO has been collected. The sum of £IBOO was given to pay for the site, and £750 was guaranteed for administration purposes for 3 Years.
