STRIKE OF DOCTORS SPREADING ESSEX AND BIRMINGHAM DOCTORS "GO OUT." (Received September 28, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, September 27. Tho strike cf doctors against tbo Insurance Act is spreading. Thirtysix have resigned from friendly societies in Essex, and all the. Birmingham Lodge doctors have, done- likewise, Tho Trlsh doctors have decided not to administer the Act. Ifc is expected that by Monday next 12,000 medical positions will have been vacated.
