ARBITRATION ACT
A FAILURE IN AUSTRALIA
(Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, September 27.
The Employers' Conference passed a resolution that tho Commonwealth Arbitration Act is a failure, and that industrial disputes can best be adjusted by the respective Stfitcs. It was stated that the Canadian system was the best for tho settlement of disputes beyond the limits of one State.
