GORDON v. N.Z. TIMES. THE JURY DISAGREES. (By Telegraph-—Press Association.) NAPIER,.Last Night. The libel action Gordon v. N.Z. Times was concluded this afternoon. Tlie jury deliberated for nearly three hours, and then announced that it had failed to come to an agreement. With the consent of the parties, the jury was discharged.
